Cross Country
Welcome to Socrates Cross Country! We are excited to be offering Boys and Girls Cross Country in the fall. Please contact Larry Frederick at lfrederick@socratesacademy.us if you have any questions.
We would love to have faculty, parents, and especially students come out to all of our games, and support our Socrates' teams!!!
Cross Country practice will be from the school from 3:30
to
4:30, Monday through Friday.
Our race schedule so far is:
Saturday, September 3rd at McAlpine Greenway- Girl's race starts at 10:45a.m., Boy's at 11:00a.m.
Saturday, September 10th at Cannon School in Concord- Girl's race starts at 8:15a.m., Boy's at 8:45a.m. 5810 Popular Tent Rd., Concord, NC 28027
Saturday, September 24th at Wingate University(Wingate, NC)- Boy's race at 8:30a.m., Boy's at 9:00a.m.
Thursday September 29th - at McAlpine Park, girls race at 5:00 and boys at 5:30. We will leave from Socrates at 3:30 PM.
Friday October 7th - at McAlpine Park, races start
at 5:00. We will leave from Socrates at 3:30 PM.
Wednesday October 12 - at Weddington High School,
races start at 5:00. We will leave from Socrates at 3:30 PM
Saturday October 15 - at Guilford College in
Greensboro, Middle School Cross Country Championships, races start
at 11:30 AM
