Welcome

We are thankful that you have chosen to volunteer your services to enrich our Academy's educational programs and make a vital contribution to its sucess.  The Socrates Academy Board of Directors, the Administration, the SAPFIA and the SA Foundation encourage parents/guardians and other members of our greater communitiy to share their time, treasure, talent, knowledge and abilities with our students while strengthening our school's relationships with homes, businesses and public/private institutions.

Please  remember that there are countless ways of contributing to our children's education and that the volunteer opportunities listed here are not limited to what is in this website or in the handbook.  We know you will be able to find something that you will enjoy doing.  Some of the volunteer opportunities listed only need a small number of parent volunteers while others will need a greater time committment.
