What can I do to help?
We are in need of donations of any of the following. Hand Sanitizer, Disinfectant Wipes, or Disinfectant Sprays. These items may be brought in by your student, dropped off at carpool line or brought to either front office.
Is ___________ event cancelled?
All cancellations are reflected on the school calendar through May. Additional events may be added, cancelled or restrictions may be lifted as more information is available. You can view our school calendar HERE
I have questions about the virus and my child’s asthma, allergies or other health concerns, who should I contact?

What is the protocol for after school (ASEP) pick up?
Come to the Middle School. After School staff will meet you at the front door.
What is the protocol for bringing my scholar late? Picking my scholar up early?
Come to the front office (either Couchell or Middle School). Ring the buzzer and staff will direct you.
Are we getting refunds if we’ve paid for field trips?
We are working with partner companies to obtain refunds. Additional information regarding refunds for specific field trips will be communicated to parents. If you would like to donate your refund to the school please contact Mrs. Lena Bakis.
How long are the restrictions in place?
Indefinitely. If/when the restrictions are lifted, the Board of Directors and Leadership Team will communicate that decision.
Are there any procedures in place for students to have access to materials if a quarantine were to be put into place sooner?
Yes. Teachers will ensure scholars have materials to continue their learning while in quarantine.
What about enrichments?
Parents will receive communication from Mrs. Cress about cancellations and refunds
My child is sick. Can I send them to school?
All children should be fever free (less than 100.0 degrees F), without medication*, for at least 24 hours before returning to school. *If your child had a fever overnight or in the morning, prior to the start of school, please keep him/her home to prevent the spread of germs. Please do not give fever reducing medication and send them to school.
