BEFORE A MATCH

Scholars should hydrate well the evening before a match.

 

MATCH DAYS

Scholars are to wear their team uniform top with a white t-shirt underneath and uniform bottoms to school.

PRACTICE

Practice days are the following dates:

2/15, 2/22, 3/1, 3/15, 3/22, 4/5 (optional Spring Break), 4/26

 

CLINICS

Also Coach John will be offering $10 clinics once a week. Dates are TBA
